    Administrative Assistant

    Enel North America is a leading owner and operator of renewable energy plants in North America.
    Enel North America is active in a number of clean power sources, including hydro, wind, and biomass, as well as
    geothermal.

    We are currently seeking a Part Time Administrative Assistant.  This position will support the Smoky Hills Wind Farm
    Project team.  The position is for 40 hours/ week for approximately 6 months duration.    A successful candidate may
    be considered thereafter for full-time employment with Enel as Administrative Assistant for the wind farm project
    during its ongoing operations. The following describes the responsibilities and requirements:

    Responsibilities:
    - Greet visitors
    - Prepare, format and edit routine to complex documents
    - Open mail and send out overnight packages
    - Answer phones
    - Filing and copying
    - Special Projects as required

    Requirements:
    Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
    A "can do" attitude and a willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job completed
    Excellent written and verbal communications skills
    Proficient with computers in general, and specifically with Microsoft Word and Excel
    Highly organized
